Company Overview

Outback Mining Services (OMS) is a complete mining maintenance provider, based out of Port Augusta serving the Upper Spencer Gulf and Far North of South Australia.

We provide specialised maintenance, repair and diesel fitting services to the mining and resources sector, for repair, servicing and maintenance of plant, equipment and vehicles. This includes earthmoving equipment, drill rigs, underground mining equipment, heavy transport machinery and vehicles.  

Anything that our clients require to reach maximum availability of their plant and equipment, OMS will endeavour to supply.

Field Service

We have a range of rapid response field service vehicles and HD Fitters ready to be mobilise to your next project.

Rostered Labour

Outback Mining Services is positioned to supply quality and on going rostered staff to meet your on going labour needs.

Boiler Maker Welders

We have the ability to transform a rough sketch into a construction drawing, that our welders can then take to fabricating.

Quality Assurance

Outback Mining Services is currently upgrading its Quality Assurance in line with industry standards, ultimately aiming for ISO 9001 accreditation
